Lava Flow! (recipe)

• 1 oz. light rum
• 1 oz. Malibu® coconut rum
• 2 oz. strawberries
• 1 small banana
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 2 oz. creme of coconut
• 8 oz. crushed ice

Blend both rums and the strawberries until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass. Rinse the blender. Blend banana, creme of

coconut and pineapple juice with a cup of crushed ice until smooth.

Pour this mixture very slowly over the strawberry mixture.

The strawberry mixture will ooze its way up along the sides of the glass, creating the flowing lava effect.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
